On the afternoon of May 27, 2025, American International Hospital (AIH), in collaboration with Raffles Medical Group, co-hosted the health talk “Your Body, Your Journey: Navigating Puberty With Your Children” at the British Vietnamese International School (BVIS). The event attracted many parents of pre-teens and teenagers, with expert-led discussions by Dr. Truong Da Uyen, Endocrinologist, Head of General Health Check-Up Department and Dr. Tran Thi Thu Thao, Dermatologist – both from AIH.

Key topics covered included:

Hormonal changes and how to identify signs of precocious puberty
Guidance for teens on skincare, haircare, and body hygiene to boost confidence
Psychological support strategies for parents to better understand and accompany their children

The event also served as a meaningful platform for parents to ask questions, express concerns, and receive direct advice from medical experts – helping equip them with essential knowledge and tools to confidently and empathetically support their children through this pivotal stage.
