AIH's Prenatal Class in July 2019 - After-birth nutrition: galactopoietic foods

Although breast milk is the perfect source of nutrition for babies and young children, not all mothers have enough experience and knowledge to maintain their breast milk supply. Therefore, American International Hospital (AIH) will organize a free prenatal class with the topic "After-birth nutrition: galactopoietic foods" in this July to help moms best take care of their babies.
